I enrolled in the Leadership Landing Program. I decided to take this course because I was considering a career change and I wasn’t sure in what direction I’d like to go. The sessions were designed to be interactive and we worked in teams. This helped to maintain and increase my focus and energy level during the 3.5h long session for 12 weeks.

The sessions and homeworks each week were so well planned and they would bring more clarity on what we learnt or worked on the previous week.

As Sarah noticed, the course was exactly what I needed at that moment. In those 12 weeks, I found my core, my ikigai. I learnt how to set worthy goals. I discovered my personality type and leadership style which helped me to gain my confidence and make my mind about the next step in my career. I learnt about different frameworks that help teams increase inclusion and productivity.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah as an exceptional coach, and her course is invaluable for individuals currently in leadership roles or those contemplating such positions. I extend this recommendation to individuals who may not initially believe they possess the qualities for leadership roles.

Let me start by stating that my journey has been one of internal conflicts and struggles throughout my life. My personality, in combination with my life experiences, made me into who I am today, for which I am grateful. However, to every upside, there is a downside and vice versa. I've known highs, lows, and the calm in between. All of them had their own lessons hidden inside, trying to guide and teach me how to take care of myself.

I have gained a lot of insights and knowledge about myself, to the point where I am grateful for who I am, and I trust myself in finding my way.

As you might notice, the crux in the above message is: me refusing to share my struggles, dealing with them on my own, and only trusting myself with my inner workings.

This survival instinct, my strength, and me only trusting myself is my weakness.

I've come to realize through conversations and opening up (just a tiny bit) that I needed help. That I deserved help in breaking down this internalized pattern and my modus operandi. Then Sarah crossed my path thanks to the recommendation of a shared connection. He told me to reach out to her and just connect.

What followed was an amazing conversation, and Sarah offered me her time, and attention and invited me into her Avagasso "draike" community. She is currently guiding me on my journey to find what is at my core and how to draw it out into the open. Which I can tell you is a confusing, mind-bending, struggling, and challenging road... But priceless.

I have never shared so much of myself in a group setting as during the online sessions of The Leadership Landing Program. I've had multiple epiphany's every single session. The way Sarah makes sure that people feel safe to share, are able to open up, and confidet in each other is an amazing skill. The entire community is there to support each other on their own path, all willing to have open conversations and practice active listening to those talking/rambling in the process of structuring thoughts while talking.

I'm not there yet, but I am already transforming and shedding some old skin. People I have known for years and who know me well also see me changing and are very supportive in letting me explore myself by granting me the time and space I need. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Sarah for taking me under her dragon wing and guiding me through this phase of exploration and growth. Why do I call it guiding instead of coaching...?! Well, in my experience, coaches (ambition/goal-oriented) are there to tell you what to do, which tools to use, how to do it, and what the result needs to be.

What Sarah does is not coaching but guiding. She will let you explore yourself where your attention needs to go to, not tell you how to feel, act, or what your goal should be. You will have to do the work, and she will only guide you toward the path of self-exploration. If you are looking for quick solutions or answers, that is not what you will get... You will leave a conversation with more questions than answers that you will have to dig into and do the work. Which will make the result, whatever it may be that you find ... A priceless treasure hunt with high reward.

Having already completed the Leadership Landing program, I feel that something has totally changed for me. It was a very structured and well-organised course that helps you to find your core and your values.

It enables you to explore yourself and learn new things that you have never thought of. Also, every week you have artistic assignments that motivate you to create content and think about it or even discuss it with your colleagues and close friends.

Regarding Sarah, she is an amazing, open-minded, and fully inspiring coach. For the first time, I've met a person that really understands me and she gives input in any circumstance.

I have just completed the 'The Leadership Landing' program with Sarah. It was a challenging and satisfying course to complete.

This course is one of the most well structured courses I have attended. Each week built logically on previous classes and everything flowed together beautifully.

I personally had never explored my core and this new exciting information has made some longstanding goals more attainable and made me more excited to set new goals.

For some reason i now feel like i finally have an adult job. Not that my previous job is less, or was a bad job. but to me it feels like the previous 20 years i was just learning and playing, and now i have reached a job that challenges my skills, but also gives me the satisfaction of having lasting input and making an impact on the business. It is weird but it for me feels like the meeting i have now, are actually relevant, and aiming towards something.

Every interaction has brought me a step forward. Formulating my own core values has already helped me a lot navigating and deciding in the past months.

Sarah’s authenticity and open mind always gave me the freedom and space to fully explore the different topics and perspectives, both one-on-one but also in the workshop groups. There is always room to share; to not share; to agree; to disagree.

What are the Worthy Goals at this stage of my life? What are my Worthy Goals for today? I really liked the comprehensive look that Sarah took on the topic with her course.

I really liked looking deep inside myself, better understanding who I am and what is important to me - and contrasting/complementing that with input from the outside, from people who are important to me.

I am no newcomer to the field of personal development, and what amazed me the most was how much her Leadership Landing Program integrated the different aspects I have encountered over the last years.
