From Ambitious but Unclear → Purpose-Anchored Entrepreneur
Coach | Mentor | Senior Frontend Engineer @ TimeChimp

Transformation Story
From Shame-Driven Performer → Purpose-Driven Coach
When Komeil entered the program, he was already successful.
Good engineer.
Recognized.
Ambitious.
But internally?
He was exhausted.
Because he was running.
The Before: Achievement Without Alignment
From the outside, everything looked good.
Inside?
Shame was driving his performance
Success felt like survival
“More” always felt necessary
Rest felt dangerous
He believed:
If I achieve more, I’ll finally feel enough.
He didn’t realize
that the dragon whispering in his ear
wasn’t ambition.
It was fear.
The First Realization: Naming the Shame
One of Komeil’s biggest breakthroughs came when we spoke about shame explicitly.
Not guilt.
Shame.
The feeling of:
“I am not enough.”
“I have to prove myself.”
“I must not fail.”
When he recognized shame as a dragon, not as truth, something shifted.
For the first time, he stopped fighting it.
He sat with it.
And in sitting with it, he stopped being controlled by it.
The Ikigai Moment
There was a session, you could see it happen.
The room was quiet.
Komeil connected his strengths, what he loves, what the world needs, and what he could be paid for.
And instead of “I want a better car.”
It became:
“I want to be a source of self-actualization for others.”
That sentence changed everything.
Because it wasn’t ego-driven.
It was service-driven.
The Shift: From Status → Service
Before:
He chased achievement.
He chased recognition.
He chased material validation.
After:
He started mentoring people for free.
He started coaching.
He started building something aligned with his values.
He realized:
Money can follow purpose.
But purpose cannot follow money.
And interestingly?
His side business began generating income.
Not because he chased it.
Because he aligned.
Tangible Results
Since completing the program:
He changed jobs intentionally
Increased compensation
Built a coaching business
Mentored 80+ hours voluntarily
Started formal coaching certification
But the real result?
He stopped performing from shame.
He started leading from authenticity.
Dragon Work
Komeil’s dragons didn’t disappear.
They transformed.
Instead of:
“You’re not enough.”
They now say:
“Be courageous.”
Instead of:
“Hide.”
They say:
“Step forward.”
He learned something powerful:
You don’t eliminate fear.
You move with it.
Leadership Lesson
Leadership is not about becoming fearless.
It’s about not being ruled by fear.
When you stop trying to outrun your shame
and instead sit with it,
you discover your real motivation.
And that’s when your impact multiplies.
If His Dragon Could Speak
It would say:
“You stopped fighting me.”
“You listened.”
“And because of that, you grew.”
Before The Leadership Landing ...
Komeil wanted leadership but lacked clarity on direction. He was driven but scattered between ambitions.
After The Leadership Landing ...
He defines his purpose clearly. He launched a coaching practice. He navigates fear consciously.
